Before going into the RE, Let's see classification of motorbikes.

1. Street
        a. Standard     : Ex: Unicorn, Splendor
        b. Cruiser       : Ex: Harley Davidson, Royal Enfield
        c. Sport Bike  : Ex: Hayabusa, Honda CBR

2. Off-road   : also known as dirt bikes.

Little more details:

Standard:
They are recognized primarily by their upright riding position, partway between the reclining posture of the cruisers and the forward leaning sport bikes. Foot pegs are below the rider and handlebars are high enough to not force the rider to reach far forward, placing the shoulders above the hips in a natural position. Standards are often recommended to beginning motorcyclists due to their flexibility, relatively low cost, and moderate engines.

Cruiser:
The riding position places the feet forward and the hands are up relatively high, so that the spine is erect or leaning back slightly.Cruisers have limited cornering ability due to a lack of ground clearance.  Engines are tuned for low-end torque, because it is not necessary to shift as frequently to accelerate or maintain control like sports bikes.

Sport Bike:
Sport bikes emphasize speed, acceleration, braking, and cornering on paved roads.Braking systems combine higher performance brake pads and multi-piston calipers that clamp onto oversized vented rotors. Suspension systems are advanced in terms of adjustments and materials for increased stability and durability. Most sport bikes have fairings, often completely enclosing the engine, and windscreens that effectively deflect the air at very high speeds, or at least reduce overall drag.Sport bikes have high foot pegs that position the legs closer to the body to improve ground clearance when cornering, and a long reach to the hand controls, which positions the body and center of gravity forward, above the fuel tank. The rider leans forward into the wind, the force of which can comfortably support the rider's weight at speeds near 100 mph (160 km/h).

Off-road (Dirt Bike):
Specially designed for off-road events.Compared to road-going motorcycles, off-road machines are simpler and lighter, having long suspension travel, high ground clearance, and rugged construction with little bodywork and no fairings for less damage in spills. Wheels (usually 21" front, 18" rear) have knobby tires, often clamped to the rim with a rim lock

1. Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Twinspark:
The Bullet 350 Twinspark is the basic, entry-level Royal Enfield. This is the most famous of all Royal Enfield bikes, and holds the record for having the longest continuous production run ever for a motorcycle, having been made in its current form since 1948 till date.As mentioned before, the Bullet 350 is a basic bike, with no modern features – it has drum brakes and a kick-starter. Hardcore Royal Enfield fans generally buy this.

2. Royal Enfield Bullet Electra:
It is the same as the standard Bullet 350, but comes with added features such as a front disc brake, an electric starter, and gas-charged rear shock absorbers. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with the beautiful hand-painted fuel tank like the standard Bullet 350. Hardcore Royal Enfield fans who wants little more advanced features generally buy this.

3. Royal Enfield Classic 350 / Classic 500:
The Classic series of bikes feature styling elements from old Royal Enfields, such as the single spring seat, wide handlebar, headlamp shroud, oval-shaped air-filter box, pilot lamps on either side of the headlamp, and so on, combined with modern features such as fuel-injection (only on the Classic 500), gas-charged rear shock absorbers, electric starter, and a front disc brake. The Classic bikes are for those who want a modern Royal Enfield, one that can be used both as a daily commute or a weekend cruiser. You can choose between two options, the carburetor Classic 350, and the fuel-injected Classic 500. Pick the 350 if you’re more of commutator, or pick the 500 if you ride long distances frequently.

4. Royal Enfield Classic Desert Storm / Classic Chrome:
The Classic Desert Storm and the Classic Chrome are two premium bikes from Royal Enfield. Mechanically, both are same as the Classic 500, but they come with distinct color schemes – the Desert Storm comes in a matte-finish sand brown color that mimics desert sand, whereas the Classic Chrome gets a chrome-plated mudguards and fuel tank, with black or maroon accents. For those who want a premium Royal Enfield with a custom-painted feel straight from the factory buy this.

The Royal Enfield Thunderbird is a the latest bike to be launched by Royal Enfield. The bike is designed as a highway cruiser with a modern twist, aimed at bringing young bikers into the company's fold.
